EXATRON QUALITY SYSTEM – SQE

Warranty Policy
1. EXATRON PRODUCTS WARRANTY
EXATRON guarantees its products against manufacturing defects, as long as they are kept under normal conditions of use and maintenance (product, packaging and accessories).
EXATRON, at no cost to the consumer or resale, will repair or replace the product.
How to proceed:
- Purchase at resale (physical store): the end consumer must look for the STORE where they purchased, accompanied by the respective invoice or tax coupon. The store will carry out the exchange and subsequent shipment to Exatron.
- Purchase at resale (virtual store): the end consumer must contact the virtual STORE in which they purchased, with the details of the invoice or tax coupon. The virtual store will carry out the exchange and subsequent shipment to Exatron.
- Purchase on the exatron website (virtual store): the end consumer must contact the exatron virtual STORE on 0800 5413310 or by email: storeonline@exatron.com.br and will be advised on how to proceed, it is important to have the invoice details at hand or tax coupon.
- The repaired or replaced product will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original term. All defective parts that have been replaced remain the property of EXATRON.

2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
EXATRON does not assume any obligation or responsibility for modifications to this warranty, unless there is a written agreement between EXATRON and the user, the warranty does not cover the installation of the equipment or damage caused by poor installation or inappropriate use of the product. If the product fails within the warranty period, the customer may claim the warranty at the place of purchase of the product (STORE) for replacement or directly by calling 08005413310 or via emails: garantia@exatron.com.br or asc @exatron.com.br. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
3. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damages caused by inappropriate use of the product;
- Defects or damage resulting from atmospheric discharges, inadequate electrical network or maneuvers in the electrical network (over and under voltage, short circuits) and/or internet access problems;
- Defects or damages caused by excessive load used or operated outside the maximum parameters stated;
- Defects and damages caused by dropping or storing the product;
- Defects or damage caused by handling the product with inappropriate tools;
- Defects or damage caused by natural agents (floods, sea air, oxidation or excessive exposure to heat);
- Unsatisfactory product performance due to installation in an inappropriate location;
- Defects and damages caused by misuse or natural wear and tear of the product;
- Defects and damages caused by third-party installation services.
4. PRODUCT WARRANTY TIME
The warranty period for Exatron products is different for each type of product, counting from the date of the Sales Invoice to the end consumer. The warranty period appears on the product packaging and on the website www.exatron.com.br, under the product tab.
Comments:
a) For a better analysis of our technical area, it is important that the consumer details as much as possible the defect that the product would be presenting, the application, in addition to the installation details such as the type of load and controlled power, mains voltage, etc. ...
b) In the event of a product failure diagnosed by the testing department, not from the factory, for example, due to falls, incorrect handling or electrical discharge, the same product will also be returned via post, with shipping paid by the customer via Sedex collect . In the case of repairs, you will be charged for the service performed.
